What Are Unresponsive Yoyos?

Unresponsive yoyos do not return to the player’s hand with a tug. These yoyos contain a larger ball bearing and typically a wider gap than automatic (responsive) yoyos. This allows the player to perform more advanced and complex string tricks without the yoyo snapping back unexpectedly. The majority of modern yoyo play today is performed with unresponsive yoyos.
