2. Scope

  • These terms govern purchases made on yoyofactory-europe.com. By placing an order you accept these terms.

3. Customers

  • We sell to consumers and businesses. Consumer rules apply to individuals who buy outside their trade or profession.

4. Products and availability

  • Product pages show key features, price, taxes, and stock status. Minor variations in color or packaging may occur.

5. Pricing and VAT

  • Prices are shown in the store currency. Prices include VAT where applicable. Business customers outside the Czech Republic may see reverse charge on eligible orders. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

6. Ordering process

  • Add items to cart and complete checkout.

  • Review your details before payment.

  • After payment you receive an order confirmation by email.

  • We may reject or cancel an order for error, unavailability, or fraud risk. Refunds are issued in the original payment method.

7. Payment

  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Third party processors handle card and wallet payments. We do not store full card numbers. Bank transfer orders ship after funds arrive.

8. Shipping and delivery

  • We ship to the countries listed on our Shipping page.

  • Dispatch time is stated on the site. Business days exclude weekends and Czech public holidays.

  • Delivery times are estimates. Carriers and customs may add time.

  • Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes after full payment.

9. International shipments and customs

  • Orders outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and handling fees. The recipient is responsible for these charges. We do not control these costs.

10. Right of withdrawal for consumers

  • EU consumers have 14 days from delivery to withdraw without giving a reason.

  • Tell us by email within the period. Use our form or a clear statement.

  • Return goods within 14 days after you inform us. Keep proof of return.

  • You pay return shipping unless we state otherwise.

  • Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the goods or proof of return. We refund the price and the standard outbound shipping cost.

  • You are responsible for any loss of value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

  • Some items cannot be returned. Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

11. Returns and exchanges

  • Follow the instructions on our Returns page or contact us. Pack goods safely. Include order number and contact details.

12. Warranty and defects

  • Consumers have a legal guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery.

  • If an item is defective, contact us. We will repair, replace, or refund according to law.

  • The guarantee does not cover wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

13. Business customers

  • For B2B purchases the statutory consumer rights do not apply. Our liability towards business customers is limited to the value of the order, except where the law does not allow limitation.

14. Promotional codes and gifts

Promo codes apply to eligible items and periods. One code per order unless stated. Gift items must be returned if the related order is returned in full.

15. Reviews and user content

  • You are responsible for content you post. Do not post unlawful, offensive, or misleading material. We may remove content that breaches these rules.

16. Accounts

  • Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity in your account. Tell us if you suspect misuse.

17. Digital content and downloads

  • Where we offer digital content, license terms appear at purchase. Downloads are for your personal use unless stated.

18. Force majeure

  • We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Examples include natural disasters, strikes, outages, or transport disruption.

19. Liability

  • We are liable without limit for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and where liability cannot be excluded by law. In other cases our liability is limited to the price paid. We are not liable for indirect loss such as loss of profit, data, or opportunity.

20. Privacy

  • Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal data, cookies, and analytics. The policy is part of these terms.

21. Communications

  • We send service emails about your orders and account. Marketing emails are sent only with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.

22. Changes to terms

  • We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order. We post the effective date at the top of this page.

23. Governing law and disputes

  • These terms are governed by Czech law. Consumers may bring claims in their local court within the EU. Out of court dispute resolution is available at the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, www.coi.cz. EU consumers may also use the ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
