How to Play Footbag

Looking for a fun and active skill toy that can be played anywhere? Introducing Footbag (also known as “hacky sack”), a small, round bag filled with sand that you keep in the air using your feet! We’ll show you how to play footbag and its basics. Similar to yoyo, you start with beginner level tricks to more advanced moves.
Footbag is a sport and skill activity where the goal is to keep a small bag airborne using your feet and body movements from it dropping to the ground. No hand allowed. It can be casual and fun or more advanced and technical with more practice.

We recommend using our professional footbags as it gives the right weight and balance for all levels of footbag playing. But any footbag will do.
Start with these footbag tricks:
2. Outside Kick: Kick the footbag using the outside area of your foot.
3. Toe Stall: Catch and hold the footbag on the top of your foot.
4. Clipper Stall: A more advanced hold with the inside of your foot behind your standing leg.
